Located on the ground floor of the venue, the ECSMGE 2024 Exhibition will be the networking hotspot during the Conference. All lunches, coffee breaks will be served close to the exhibition hall providing good opportunities to showcase your services and to network with Conference delegates.

The exhibit floor plan is a working floor plan and will be updated regularly.

‍

The exhibition covers the following areas:

A – Sponsors Area

B – Exhibitors Area (9-square-meter booths located in the main Arena)

C – Exhibitors Area (6-square-meter booths located in the main Arena)

D - Space-Only Exhibition Area in the main Arena

Please keep in mind that these areas are provided as initial guidelines and may be adjusted to accommodate the demand for booth space.

When reserving your exhibition space, you will have the opportunity to select your preferred stand number and area. However, it's important to note that stands will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. If your preferred location is unavailable, the conference secretariat will suggest a similar available option for your consideration.

‍Booth Packages

Exhibition space is charged per square meter and can be booked as an all-inclusive Shell Scheme package – a pre-build stand with lightning and power – or as Space Only.

Book your company stand online in the conference website and get your login details to access the functional and user-friendly exhibitors’ online portal.

By entering this portal, you will have access to a comprehensive range of tools and resources that are essential for a successful exhibition. This one-stop-shop provides everything you need to prepare for your exhibition, including:

• Updating your company profile;
• Optimizing your company’s exposure by adding corporate promotional materials such as press releases, brochures, and contact details;
• Creating an overview of deadlines and stand preparation, including rules & regulations, technical guidelines, and build-up and dismantling times, for the physical event;

Exhibitor Registration**

Everyone attending ECSMGE 2024 must be registered.

Exhibitors will receive the following free registration
Area 6sqm – 1 exhibitor free registration

Area 9sqm – 1 exhibitor free registration

Area 12sqm – 2 exhibitors free registration

Area 18sqm – 3 exhibitors free registration

Area 36sqm – 4 exhibitors free registration

**Extra Exhibitors' pass has a cost of 260€.

When booking your stand, you can add your free registrations. If you have used all your free passes and want to register more people, please use the regular online registration form.

Terms and conditions to exhibit

a) Exhibition spaces and sponsorship items will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Priority will be given to the Conference Sponsors.

b) The allocation of exhibition spaces also depends on the booth requirements and space available.

c) Sponsorship items and exhibition spaces will be allocated after completing the online form and issuing the corresponding invoice.

d) It is the exhibitor’s responsibility to comply with the rules and regulations of the MEO Arena

Payment conditions

a) Upon receipt of the registration form, the organisation will issue the respective invoice

b) During the online booking you will be able to pay:

c) Payment for renting space, services, accommodation, and/or any other items included in the Sponsor’s Manual must be made before the conference unless expressly authorised by the Organisation.

Cancellation terms

1) If the company intends to cancel or reduce its sponsorship or presence at the exhibition, it must inform Leading via email: ecsmge2024@leading.pt

1.1) The reimbursement of the exhibition space or sponsorship items will be ensured by the Organisation, upon receipt of a written request and under the following conditions:

Until 30 January 2024, 50% of the amount paid will be refunded

From 30 January 2024, no refunds will be made
